SAM IKUESAN
PRESIDENT / CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Sam Ikuesan is the President/Chief Executive Officer of ProCom USA LLC. After graduating with his MBA in Finance from Alabama A & M University in 1988, Sam went on to enjoy an illustrious 15-year-long career as Senior Financial Analyst for one of Atlanta, Georgia’s largest health systems, Grady Hospital. In this role, Sam has been entrusted as the singular point of contact on Medical School accounts in excess of $150 million dollars on a continual basis.

Over the past 25 years, Sam has built and sustained an impeccable track record of performance in Accounting, Financial Management and Federal Regulatory standards. In his previous roles, he has served as a: Bank Settlement Specialist and Auditor with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and in a variety of management and directorial capacities. Sam lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his family

TERRY EVERSON
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Terry Everson is the Chief Operating Officer. Terry has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Education with emphasis in Information Technology and Accounting. He has over 28 years experience in successive levels of Tax Administration management, consultant for Real Estate development and Brokering residential and commercial sales.

OGUNDEJI MATHIAS GBOYEGA
DIRECTOR, FINANCE/AFRICAN MARKET NEGOTIATOR

Mathias ‘Gboyega Ogundeji is the Managing Consultant of Caladium Consulting and Managing Partner of Mathias Gboyega Ogundeji & Co (Chartered Accountants and Tax Practitioners). Mathias graduated with B.Sc. (Honours) and M.Sc. in Accounting from University of Lagos and obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA-Finance) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and a Doctoral Degree (PhD) in Accounting from Kwara State University, Malete, Kwara Stat, Nigeria. Mathias is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigerian (FCTI). He is also an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Management of Nigeria (AMNIM).

He has over 25 years of experience in Finance, Audit, Taxation, and Management Consultancy both in public and private sector of the economy. Mathias was the Principal Partner in the firm of MOMOLT and Co (Chartered Accountants). Mathias ‘Gboyega Ogundeji served as the General Manager-Finance, UAC Restaurants, Finance Manager, UAC Franchising Division, Commercial Manager, Menu Masters, Commercial Manager, UACN Personal Products and Pharmaceutical Limited, Financial Accountant to CAP PLC. He also occupied the position of National Audit Coordinator and Ag. Group Audit Manager, UACN PLC.

Mathias ‘Gboyega Ogundeji was the Assistant Council Treasurer and Head of Finance and Administration to Somolu Local Government, in Lagos State between 1997 and 1999 before joining the services of UAC PLC.
Mathias is currently a visiting lecturer to Trinity University, Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria. Mathias was an adjunct Lecturer to the Lagos International Campus of University of Education, Winneba on Accounting, Ghana. Mathias was a guest lecturer to College of Health Technology, Yaba on Basic accounting. He was a lecturer in Auditing and Investigation, Business management, Public Sector Accounting, Financial Accounting at Triumph Associates, Student Pye Ltd and Alpha Tutors, respectively. Mathias is an alumnus of Lagos Business School.

Mathias has authoured and co-authoured about 15 academic publications in accounting, taxation, auditing and information technology in recognised journals both locally and internally. He has also presented both academic and professional papers at seminars and workshops, nationally.

He has attended training in management, strategy development, finance, accounting, taxation and software implementation both home and abroad. Mathias is currently an Invigilator as well as an Assessor to ICAN in its professional examinations.

SAHEED OSENI
DIRECTOR, BUYER/SELLER RELATIONS

Saheed is a detail-oriented Administrative Director with 7 years of maintaining efficiency in all-day-to-day work activities. He obtained his National Diploma in Banking and Finance at the Lagos state polytechnic (LASPOTECH).
He has worked at the National Population Commission and also worked at the Lagos water corporation, (Iponri) where he keeps and maintains all work operations.

Saheed moved further to work at Impulse Commercial LLC, Abu Dhabi, UAE where he gained most of his working experience and work strategies.
