OGUNDEJI MATHIAS GBOYEGA

Mathias ‘Gboyega Ogundeji is the Director-Finance and Africa Market Negotiator. Mathias graduated with Bsc and Msc (Honours) in Accounting from University of Lagos, Nigeria and obtained a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA-Finance) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. Mathias is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigerian (FCTI).
He is also an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Management of Nigeria (AMNIM). He has over 22 years experience in Finance, Audit, Taxation and Management both in public and private sector organisations. Mathias is the Managing Partner and Consultant in the firm of Mathias Gboyega Ogundeji & Co (Chartered Accountants and Tax practitioners) and Caladium Consulting, Lagos, Nigeria, respectively.
He was the Principal Partner in the firm of MOMOLT and Co (Chartered Accountants), General Manager-Finance, uac restaurants, Lagos, Nigeria Finance Manager, UAC Franchising Division, Lagos, Nigeria Commercial Manager, Menu Masters, Lagos, Nigeria; Commercial Manager, UACN Personal Products and Pharmaceutical Limited, Lagos, Nigeria; Financial Accountant to CAP PLC, Lagos, Nigeria. He also occupied the position of National Audit Coordinator and Ag. Group Audit Manager, UACN PLC, Lagos, Nigeria. Mathias was the Assistant Council Treasurer and Head of Finance Administration to Somolu Local Government, in Lagos State, Nigeria, between 1997 and 1999 before joining the services of UAC PLC, Lagos, Nigeria. He is currently an adjunct lecturer to Department of Accounting, University of Education, Winneba, Ghana, Lagos international Campus, Nigeria.
